Every evening, the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri come alive with restaurants, cafés, bars, local markets, events, and entertainment. The apartment is arranged over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Access is through a private courtyard. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed, and direct access to a covered, furnished terrace overlooking the stunning Mola Bay—an ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply relaxing while enjoying the sea view.

A staircase leads to the open mezzanine sleeping area, furnished with a double bed. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a shower cubicle and bidet.

Pets are not allowed.

Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after the property has been inspected. If paid in cash, the refund will not be available before 3:00 PM on the day of departure.

Bed linen and towels are available on request: €40.00 per double set (also for single occupancy) and €20.00 per single set. This service must be booked in advance and cannot be requested upon arrival.

Check-in takes place at our offices from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Check-out is by 9:00 AM. A late check-in fee of €50.00 applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM.

For this property, key collection normally takes place at our office in Mola. During the off-season, when the Mola office is closed, keys must be collected at our Portoferraio office.
