Spacious (55 square meters) and comfortable (note the private garage), consisting of two bedrooms, one double and the other with single beds, a bathroom with a shower, living room with a double bed, a terrace with table and chairs. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking a side street. A very quiet well maintained residential area.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
