Charming farmhouse with swimming pool among the precious vineyards of Aleatico belonging to the Farkas company, one of the most prestigious in Tuscany.

Three small charming apartments in one of the most prestigious  environmental context of the Tuscan Archipelago, for a true "escape" from the world and from worries.

The Farkas company is focused on the highest quality wine production, after having faithfully restored some buildings in typically island architectural style, these three apartments have been created, furnished with ancient furniture and the best materials to create an elegant and comfortable environment. Tuscan terracotta, handmade ceramic tiles, marble sinks, granite thresholds.

The swimming pool (4mx12m) is built in stone, terracotta and glass tiles and perfectly inserted in the natural environment of the valley.

At 3.6 km from the farm there are the famous white beaches of Sansone, Capo Bianco, Ghiaie and Padulella.

ALEATICO (2 people)

A short dirt road to walk about 200 meters is through the vineyards of Aleatico Wine and leads to this romantic residence completely independent for 2 people with double wrought iron bed, kitchen with marble worktop, ancient furniture in rustic style and above all a patio overlooking the whole valley where relax is sure: an extraordinary experience guaranteed!

SANGIOVESE AND VERMENTINO (2 + 2 BEDS *)

Two completely independent and specular apartments in the same building.

Both with a spacious arbour and precious furnishings, they are arranged on two floors, one floor is used as a living area with a large living room, a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen, while the other floor is for the sleeping area with a double bedroom.

In Sangiovese Apartment the ground floor is dedicated to the living area, on the upper floor there is the double bedroom and the bathroom.

In Vermentino the ground floor is dedicated to the bedroom and the upper floor to the living area and the bathroom.

The two apartments have a veranda communicating directly with the kitchen-living area.
