The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building in the heart of Portoferraio, the island's capital, which offers walks in historic settings within its mighty fortified city walls. Those arriving by ferry cannot help but fall in love with the dock and the fortresses that overlook it. You are a 10-minute walk from the Viste beach, from which you can enjoy unique panoramas overlooking the sea, while in 15 minutes you can reach the wonderful white stone beach of Ghiaie. The apartment overlooks Piazza della Repubblica, one of the main squares of Portoferraio, full of clubs and restaurants. In front of the house you will have a large paid car park, of which the first 20 minutes are free, very convenient for unloading luggage.

The apartment is located in the pleasant setting of the picturesque streets of the centre, and consists of a hallway, large living room with double sofa bed and exposed beams, small laundry room with washing machine and sink and kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom with single bed + pull-out single bed. Bathroom with shower.

- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
