Just 80 meters from the characteristic Forno beach in the Biodola Gulf, we offer our customers a small complex of colorful houses that overlooks the beach. Rather quiet area even in summer, sheltered from the wind, surrounded by the green of the Mediterranean scrub and at the same time a few steps from the sea. Perfect for those who love nature, in fact, several paths start off the apartments, ideal for a nice walk either on foot or by bike. All the structures have been recently renovated and all have a large terrace or balcony from which to relax and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets on the island (except number 7, which only has an external entrance space).

Two-room apartment N ° 1 - 4/5 beds (4 adults + child up to 3 years old)
Large two-room apartment on the first floor with double entrance: the first overlooks a beautiful terrace also equipped for dining and from which you can admire a splendid view over the entire Gulf of Biodola. The second opens onto a terrace accessible directly from the master bedroom. The apartment consists of a large living area with a kitchen, two sofa beds (two separate beds), bathroom with window with shower, an anteroom, a double bedroom, LCD TV with satellite antenna and wi-fi.

Two-room apartment N ° 2 - (3/4 beds)
Bright two-room apartment located on the first floor, it boasts a small terrace with sea view on which you can comfortably eat. The structure consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a living area with a kitchen completely renovated in 2016 with a sofa bed (two separate beds), and a bathroom with shower.

Two-room apartment N ° 3 - (3/4 beds)
Bright two-room apartment located on the first floor, it boasts a small terrace with sea view on which you can comfortably eat. The structure consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a living area with a kitchen completely renovated in 2016 with a sofa bed (two separate beds), and a bathroom with shower.

Studio apartment N ° 4 - 2/3 beds
Spacious studio on the ground floor with access to the garden. It consists of a living area with double bed and single sofa bed, the kitchen with window is equipped with an electric oven, is separated from the living area and was completely renovated in 2016. The apartment is completed by a terraced outdoor area equipped for dining.

Two-room apartment N ° 5 (4/5 beds) - Maximum 4 adults + 1 child up to 3 years old
Large two-room apartment on the ground floor with a porticoed terrace overlooking the garden. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, sofa bed (2 separate beds), double bedroom with the possibility of adding a second bed, bathroom with shower.

Two-room apartment n ° 6 (3/4 beds)
Two-room apartment on the raised ground floor with a large equipped outdoor entrance area, consisting of a large living room with dining table, a double sofa bed and a kitchen with refrigerator. The structure also has a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a third bed. Adjacent you will find apartment 7.

Two-room apartment n° 7 (2/3 beds)
Two-room apartment on the raised ground floor with small external entrance space, consisting of a living room with dining table, a single sofa bed and a kitchen with fridge. The property also has a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. This apartment does not remain in the central group overlooking the garden, adjacent you will find the two-room apartment 6, ideal for a large family or two families who want to stay close together.

Important notes:
- Deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- The rental is allowed to people with small pets (maximum 8 kg), on request with a supplement of € 30, only in the two-room apartment n.2 and two-room apartment n.3
- The apartments do not have a private parking space, but they are inside a private road closed by an electric bar, where it is possible to park on the sides.
- Groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- hot/cold air conditioning € 7 per day (except in Bilo n° 7)
