The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant historic building whose common areas have been recently renovated. Access is via a staircase serving only two residential units, ensuring privacy and tranquility.

The accommodation is arranged over two levels:

Entrance level: bright living area with a single bed and a pull-out single bed.
Upper floor: double bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower, and fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and washing machine.

From mid-June to mid-September, the historic center becomes a pedestrian area from 7:00 PM onwards, ideal for enjoying a relaxing stroll among shops, bars, and restaurants. Parking can be more challenging during this period; we recommend leaving your car outside the historic center.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM; check-out by 9:00 AM. A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
Pets of any size are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of €30.
Security deposit (mandatory): €150. Half must be paid in cash and half by credit card. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property at the end of the stay. Cash deposits cannot be refunded before 3:00 PM.
Bed linen and towels: €40 per double set (also for single use); €20 per single set. Must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be rented on-site.
