With south winds, the beach turns into a Caribbean landscape, with turquoise water and white granite stones, a paradise for sea lovers, nature enthusiasts, and snorkeling fans, all without sacrificing the convenience of a beach with a bar. The area is conveniently located for reaching various locations on the Costa Verde (Prunini, Sansone, Enfola, and Viticcio) as well as other beautiful coves along the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio (Capo Bianco, Padulella, and Le Ghiaie), all within walking distance or by bike. The area is residential but close to the main road connecting Portoferraio to the various towns on the island, offering a very convenient location, sunny and far from city chaos.

One-Bedroom Apartment (max 3 people)
Nice one-bedroom apartment of about 50 sqm, located on the raised ground floor (almost the first floor). It consists of a dining room with a new and well-equipped kitchen and a relaxation area with a wonderful sofa bed for one and a half people, and a TV, from which you can access the exclusive terrace. The comfortable double bedroom has a second TV, and the bathroom has a shower box.

Two-Bedroom Apartment (max 3 people)
Charming two-bedroom apartment of about 45 sqm, located on the raised ground floor (almost the first floor). It consists of a dining room with a new and well-equipped kitchen, TV; living room with single sofa bed plus an additional pull-out bed, and TV; comfortable double bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower box, and an outdoor area furnished for al fresco dining.

Important Notes:

• No groups or couples of young people allowed. Minimum age for check-in: 21 years.
• Maximum 3 people per apartment.
• Inverter air conditioning available on request, at an extra charge of €10 per day, to be paid upon arrival.
• Check-in at our office from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; for check-ins after 8:00 PM, a €50.00 fee applies.
• Pets not allowed.
• Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00, refunded at the end of the stay after the property is inspected (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
• Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on-site.
