We are in Campo ai Peri, a quiet, breezy and silent countryside location, the perfect base for those who want to enjoy the island at 360 °, being close to the main artery that connects various sides: towards the East Porto Azzurro (6km), Capoliveri (5.5 km) and Rio Marina (13 km); towards West Norsi (2 km) Lacona (6 km) and Portoferraio (7 km). For trekking lovers, starting from the intersection of the Burraccio road, you can take a path along which you will find old traces of the Second World War, up to the top of Monte Orello (337 meters above sea level). You will be immersed in lush vegetation, this is the point where the grape meets the sea, let yourself be enchanted by the views of this area full of vineyards and wineries in Elba.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
