Casa Athena is an apartment located inside a traditional farmhouse, where all the must-haves are respected: comfort, functionality, and stylish furnishings. It is entirely on the ground floor and overlooks a wonderful garden, with an exclusive area for guests featuring a comfortable BBQ space covered by a canopy and equipped with outdoor furniture.

It is situated along the main road that connects the port town of Portoferraio, with its enchanting coves of the White Coast and the Green Coast (all within 5 km), to the nearby southern resorts such as Lacona, Norsi, and Lido di Capoliveri (all within 7 km). Its strategic location also allows easy access to Bagnaia, where you can enjoy the island’s most beautiful sunsets and secluded beaches, as well as sailing courses.

The property is just 800 meters from the sea, close to the San Giovanni promenade, a charming gulf with breathtaking views of the island’s capital. This is the perfect place for rejuvenating walks by the sea, surrounded by the scents and sights of unspoiled nature along this stretch of coastline. Casa Athena is the ideal starting point for discovering the island at 360°, evoking the sensations that Elba immediately transmits: peace, serenity, and a timeless atmosphere.

The apartment offers 6 beds (maximum 5 adults, or 4 adults accompanied by 2 children). It is accessed through a beautiful veranda, where a bright and fresh living area has been created, with kitchenette and sofa. From here, you can reach the two windowless bedrooms: a family room with double bed and bunk bed, equipped with TV, and a smaller room with a double bed and TV. The bathroom, complete with shower and bidet, is located outside the bedrooms and is easily accessible via a hallway, ensuring privacy and functionality.

Outside, guests have exclusive use of a furnished dining area with barbecue under a roof, solar shower, and Wi-Fi.
Please note that, as the property is divided into several units, pets cannot be left alone in the outdoor areas.

Important Notes:
- small/medium sized pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- air conditioning on request, for a fee, €7 per day to be paid on site
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
