We offer a spacious, independent apartment in an enviable location, just a few steps from the renowned Le Ghiaie Beach—one of the island’s most charming spots, famous for its smooth white pebbles and crystal-clear turquoise waters that, especially when the Scirocco wind blows, evoke a Caribbean atmosphere. In the background lies Lo Scoglietto, now a protected marine area and a true paradise for snorkeling lovers and anyone seeking to explore an unspoiled marine environment.

The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to essential services such as bars, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and the ferry port, all within easy walking distance. Nearby, guests can also discover other beautiful beaches, including Padulella, Capo Bianco, and the more rugged and wild Sottobomba.

The apartment, bright and generously sized, occupies a single floor of 230 square meters located on the first level. Upon entering, you'll find a large living area with comfortable sofas, followed by a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktops. The sleeping area includes a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a twin room with two non-joinable single beds, and a second twin room with two single beds placed together. There are two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The property also features a wrap-around balcony with a partial sea view, as well as an outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining.

Please note that access to the property is via a narrow alley, suitable only for small cars. For larger vehicles, a spacious free gravel parking lot is available nearby, just behind the Guardia di Finanza station.

Important information:
- groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed
- small pets are allowed with a supplement of 30 euros for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 300 euros to be paid by credit card, in case the payment is made in cash, the refund of the deposit cannot be made before 3:00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm; for check-in after 8.30 pm a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- check-out: by 9.00 am
