For those wishing to spend their holidays in Portoferraio, the capital of Elba, visiting comfortably  the other areas of the island, this three-room apartment is perfect. It is located inside a building on the 3rd floor without a lift. A few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as the "white beaches" (Sottobomba 1.2 km and le Ghiaie 2.2 km), Viticcio and L'Enfola (from 4 to 5 km), or in the direction of the gulf of golden sand of Biodola. The property is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of several supermarkets and shops.

Three-room apartment sleeping 4 of 80 m2 located on the 3rd floor, in a quiet area in Portoferraio. The structure consists of a kitchen complete with kitchenette, oven, fridge and freezer, a living room with dining table, TV and a sofa. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one service.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 30.00 must be paid
