We offer our guests an apartment located on the second floor with lift of a building on the tree-lined avenue that leads to the characteristic Ghiaie beach, an enviable position, in the immediate vicinity various services such as bars, restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. It is famous for the incomparable beauty of its seabed, the turquoise-colored water that with the sirocco seems to take us into a Caribbean setting, its particular white pebbles smoothed by the sea. In the background, the Scoglietto, today is an area of ​​biological protection, enriching the flora and fauna of our side: a paradise for those in search of fresh and clean water and for snorkelers. Nearby, do not forget the proximity of 3 other masterpieces: the Padulella, Capo Bianco and the wild Sottobomba.

Apartment 4/6 beds - Maximum 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children
The apartment of 100 mqs consists of a living room with dining table and French sofa bed (maximum 1 adult or 2 children), a large kitchen equipped with oven, gas burners, fridge with freezer and washing machine; two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. It also has a private terrace equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
