Nearby, don't forget the proximity of 3 other masterpieces: the Padulella, Capo Bianco and the wild Sottobomba.

Bright 45 m2 apartment, overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio and its Medici Fortresses, comprising living room with double sofa bed (new, comfortable pull-out mattress), large wall-mounted TV, kitchen equipped with oven, gas burners and fridge with freezer . Double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower.

Location information:
- a stone's throw from the Ghiaie beach
- has no parking space but for the 2023 season the Cosimo de Medici car park on the beach will be available free of charge; in addition to the dirt parking lot behind the Guardia di Finanza

Important information:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros to be paid by credit card, if payment is made in cash, the refund of the deposit cannot be made before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices: from 16.00 to 19.00; for check-in after 20.30 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
