Small three-room apartments with double terrace, small garden and sea view, a few steps from the Viticcio beach, in the wonderful Costa Verde

Apartment located in the so-called Costa Verde of the island, so defined for the luxuriant green of its vegetation and the turquoise waters of its splendid coves. Immersed in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, the raised position allows you to enjoy a fantastic sea view and unforgettable sunsets. The area offers 5 delightful coves, all overlooking the homonymous gulf. With a wild and natural appearance, they guarantee a clean sea and a unique scenario on the Enfola promontory, to enjoy the sea in absolute relaxation. In summer the area is connected to the center of Portoferraio by line 6 of the local urban service. The apartment does not have a parking space but there is a free public parking 30 meters away. For trekking lovers, the path that takes you back to the Biodola Gulf starts from here.
The structure can be reached by climbing a staircase of 40 steps.

Casa Aurora (One bed-room)-  It offers 3 comfortable beds in a triple room (double + single bed) and offers guests a free camping cot for infants under 3 years of age. The dining area is divided from the kitchenette. From the bedroom you have access to a small terrace overlooking the sea, but the strong point of the structure is the large equipped entrance terrace.

Casa Fiorita (Two bed-rooms) - 4 beds with two double rooms both with sea view, one of which has French doors to the small terrace with table and chairs. Guests have free use of a camp bed for infants under 3 years of age. The eat-in kitchen is very cozy and spacious. A small bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet completes the sleeping area. Outside is a paved but leafy little garden, cont avolo with chairs and sun loungers. 

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 (for group of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros (one animal allowed per apartment, supervised to try not to disturb the apartment next door)
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros.

Bed linen and towel
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, which will be returned at the time of departure if departure is after 3:00 pm (to allow time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
