Finnish pine sea-view chalet on the northern coast of the island, nestled in the greenery and tranquility of the 11,000 sq m private property on which it is located. 

We are in Portoferraio, renowned for its white pebble beaches and incredibly crystal clear sea. The Chalet is named after the Seccione beach, known among islanders as "Prunini beach" one of the wonders of the northern coast. You will have access to the beach without having to resort to a car, but enjoying a preve walk of just 100 meters among the Mediterranean vegetation. 

The Chalet is made entirely of Finnish pine, with its 32 square meters, is the perfect solution for those who deidera spend a vacation of privacy and tranquility, without sacrificing the opportunity to enjoy unforgettable sunsets from one of the wonderful beaches still little tourist island. The center of the town of portoferraio is just a 15-minute drive from the Chalet. Outside on the terrace is a dining table with bench and chairs and again in a paved section of the garden another dining table with umbrella and finally an outdoor shower.

Chalet Seccione 1 – 2/3 Guests
Chalet Seccione 1 (32 sqm) is easily accessible from your reserved parking space. The interior is carefully designed, making it perfectly functional and well organized.

Inside, there is a very comfortable double sofa bed that can be folded away when needed, two single beds, and a small bathroom with shower.
A kitchenette is available, equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, chest of drawers, hanging area, and Wi-Fi.
Thanks to its shaded location, the chalet stays pleasantly cool during the summer.

Chalet Seccione 2 – 2/4 Guests
Chalet Seccione 2 accommodates 2 to 4 guests (three adults and one child up to 12 years old) in 32 sqm.

The sleeping area includes a bunk bed and a double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchenette offers an oven, refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower (renovated in 2023).
A large window in front of the sleeping area provides a charming sea view.
Outside, a spacious terrace with dining table is available for relaxing and enjoying the view surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
Thanks to its excellent insulation, the chalet is also perfect for stays during the low season.

Important notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
