It is a modern urban house, renovated in 2022, it is free on three sides and offers a wonderful city view from every room on the staircase that connects the comfortable center of the main square to the upper and historic part of the town (from around mid-June around mid-September, from 19:00 the center becomes a pedestrian area, accessible only to vehicles with a pass (which can be requested from our staff).

This bright 70 sq m apartment owes its name to its rustic yet designer style: warm, neutral earth tones blend with cool grays, typical of modern and contemporary styles. The terracotta floors and wooden windows evoke a bygone era, blending effortlessly into the decidedly contemporary, minimalist decor. It is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, with a direct, private staircase leading to the two units on this floor. It comprises an entrance hall with a small French bedroom on the left (ideal for up to 1 adult or 2 children). To the right is the living room with a single sofa bed, dining table, and small kitchen. A large, bright double bedroom is also located on the ground floor. The hallway leads to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bidet.

- Deposit (mandatory): €150; Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property.
- Bed linens and towels: €20 for a single set and €40 for a double set, including for single use (must be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.
