This charming and characteristic apartment is located inside the Carlo Alberto building, renovated in the winter of 2021/22 in the center of Portoferraio, in one of the most important streets of the town.
Portoferraio is also, indeed, it is above all sea: less than 1 km the beautiful white pebble beach of the Ghiaie, with the Scoglietto in the background and its breathtaking sunsets. Closer instead the particular beach of the Viste, where one of the best restaurants on the island is found, point where the sea opens towards the gulf of Piombino giving a feeling of infinity.

The four-room apartment is located on the ground floor; it has a living room with sofa and LCD smart TV; double room; small bedroom with bunk bed; eat-in kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer; bathroom with tub / shower and washing machine; the kitchen leads to a small private outdoor area where it is possible to spread out.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
