A few steps from the enchanting Biodola beach, a beautiful gulf in the north of the island, with a long stretch of golden sand, clear water and a seabed that slopes gently, certainly one of the top beaches on the island, a few meters from the sea with direct access. The property has a large terrace with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach. Another strong point of the structure is certainly the private parking space, an indispensable service for the area as well as the interiors equipped with every comfort. The location is unique and in one of the most exclusive locations on the island of Elba, a stone's throw from excellent seaside restaurants to taste the local cuisine and enjoy the wonderful fiery sunsets that this location offers.

Semi-detached house of 55 square meters + 55 of uncovered areas (maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12) with independent entrance.
It consists of a dining room with kitchenette with induction burners, large windows overlooking the sea, living area with TV and double sofa bed (an area that can be separated from the rest of the room). Also in the living room in the corner opposite the kitchen is a single bed with another pull-out single bed at height. A double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Large outdoor spaces including a large equipped terrace overlooking the sea, parking space and private beach access.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 25 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- Animals are not allowed
- the rental must be for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years
- as in all our properties, smoking is strictly prohibited inside
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros.

Bed linen and towel
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, will be returned at the time of departure if after 3:00 pm (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
