Apartment sleeps 4 surrounded by greenery, in a residential setting in Magazzini, a few hundred meters from the sea.

We are located on the north coast of the island, in the Gulf of Portoferraio, known for its sailing schools and its mostly calm and clear sea. Here nature reigns supreme, beaches remain prevalent with their wild nature, few establishments and a typical golden sand mixed with colorful pebbles. 
An ideal destination for lovers of nature, trekking and water sports, this stretch of coastline will not disappoint. The closest towns to the apartment are Magazzini, where you'll also find a supermarket and a pharmacy, and Bagnaia, with its beach of the same name overlooking Portoferraio and delicious sea-view establishments offering high-quality products. 
Although far from the town, reaching Portoferraio will take you only a few minutes by car, where you can explore the center comfortably on foot on summer evenings, when the area is closed to traffic. Here you can stroll along the seafront that you will have admired from your apartment, walking along the popular "Calata" with its pastel colors and numerous restaurants and bars overlooking the sea, accomplices of breathtaking sunsets.

The apartment is accessed from the small garden equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella. At your disposal is a cream-hued sitting room with a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, electric stove and dishwasher. Dining table with chairs, a two-seater sofa and a TV complete the living room. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

- as in all our facilities, smoking is strictly prohibited inside
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 must be paid a supplement of € 50.00
- small/medium size animals allowed, with a surcharge on cleaning of € 30.00
- deposit (compulsory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
