For those who do not like confusion and do not want to give up a convenient location to be able to reach various sides of the island, we offer this nice studio apartment in Magazzini, only 300 meters from the beach overlooking the wonderful Gulf of Portoferraio, from which to enjoy of unique sunsets. The property is surrounded by greenery with vineyards and olive trees. You will be in a central position with respect to the Costa che Brilla towards Rio Marina (10 km), the Costa dei Gabbiani towards Capoliveri (9 km) or the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio (9 km). The comfortable beach with park of Schiopparello is also 2 km away.

The 28 sqm building consists of an entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed and LCD TV, kitchen equipped with gas burners and oven, bathroom with shower. The exterior opens onto an outdoor area shared by the complex where you will find a small coffee table. It has been renovated preserving the ceilings with exposed beams and the stone arch, which evoke an atmosphere of great charm thanks also to its warm coatings in the shades of the earth.
