In fact, the structure is located just 3 km from the Biodola beach (certainly one of the most beautiful on the island). Perfect for those who want to visit more areas of Elba. In the same property we rent the first floor, the structure is called Villino Rita.

The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with double bed, kitchenette with gas burners, satellite TV, fridge with freezer, electric oven and washing machine, bathroom with shower. It also has an outdoor area equipped with umbrella and table for eating and relaxing and a private uncovered parking space.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of guys under 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
