If you are looking for a comfortable base to get around the island without giving up the proximity of the sea and the center, this apartment is ideal for you! Located in Portoferraio, the capital of the island, a fortified city rich in history, tradition and paradisiacal coastal stretches, with its 130 square meters it offers comfort and a relaxing holiday. Central to the various beaches of the municipality, within 1.5 km you can reach the Viste, from which you can enjoy unique views overlooking the sea or the beaches of the Costa Bianca, starting from Ghiaie (600 m away) up to Sottobomba . A few minutes by car instead you can reach the Enfola promontory, with its wonderful inlets along the road, such as Seccione and the renowned Sansone, or the Gulf of Biodola, with its famous equipped beaches (Forno, Scaglieri and Biodola) from which to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Located on the third floor of a building with a lift, it enjoys ample brightness. It consists of an entrance hall, an equipped kitchen with a dining area on the left, with access to the first balcony on the city side. On the right, an immense living area is available for guests, with a double sofa bed and an armchair. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with walk-in closet in an adjacent room, a second double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with tub. Each room has private access to the balconies, from the room with walk-in closet in the master bedroom you can also enjoy a sea view.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small / medium-sized pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
