The access to the property is through a 100 m. dirt path, which represents an exit road from the main street.  
The apartment is about 90 square meters with sea views from the rooms and the terrace. It has a bright living room which opens out onto a porch equipped for outdoor dining; a kitchen with adjoining veranda; 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double, and a second bathroom with shower. Large outdoor terrace space in a dominant position. From the living room an internal staircase leads downstairs to a studio flat which doesn't belong to Il Podere. The access is forbidden in both directions and both the apartments are completely self-contained. All the property is well fenced but there is no external fence between il Podere and the studio flat.
