In 9 minutes, quite flat, you can walk to the beautiful beach of Ghiaie, the most popular among the inhabitants.

The interior is divided as follows:

2 bathrooms with shower
1 dining room and fitted kitchen

The entire living area, i.e. the dining room / kitchen and the living room, opens  onto a terrace in front of the old harbor.

Important information:
- minimum age to check-in years 21 (for a group of guys)
- check-in every 16:00 every 19:30 and check-out every 09:00; for check-in after 20.00 it must be paid and a supplement of € 50.00
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (from the moment it is requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
