We offer our customers an incredible proposal of excellence for the capital of the island, where the central concept is to honor the incredible Padulella beach, one of the most loved and sought after in the entire territory.
This white pebble beach is characterized by the clarity of the sea, falling within the Biological Protection area together with its sisters Cala dei Frati and Ghiaie, it offers wonderful views with a heavenly balance of colours. Being on the northern side with the southerly winds it transforms into a real swimming pool, the desire to dive into the sea will become unstoppable! The scents are particularly accentuated, especially in spring, and its seabed full of small fish makes it a perfect place for snorkelling or letting yourself be lulled on a mattress by the sea waves.
Although it is not excessively long, it is among the most renowned beaches on the island of Elba, also thanks to the numerous services it offers: here you will find a bar with restaurant service, a lido equipped with beds and umbrellas, pedal boat rental.

It satisfies all tastes with studio apartments, apartments with multiple bedrooms, spread over three different floors of the structure (obviously with a lift).

It is located inside the Hall on the more private right side. It offers a modern kitchen and living area with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment has an external space on the internal side of the room for exclusive use.

One bed-room apartment sleeps 2/4 - Piano Terra Interno Sx
It is located inside the Hall. It offers a modern kitchen and living area with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to a small equipped outdoor space on the front passage.

One bed-room apartment sleeps 2/4 - Piano Terra Esterno G
It is located outside the Hall and in the corner with a large entrance terrace for exclusive use. It offers a modern kitchen and living area with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In compliance with current legislation, this is one of the two apartments accessible to people with disabilities or to elderly people with mobility problems.

Studio apartment 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children - Piano Terra Esterno F
It is located outside the Hall with a large entrance terrace for exclusive use. It consists of a single room where there is a modern kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed with TV plus double bed with skylight on the ceiling. Large bathroom with shower.

One bed-room apartment sleeps 2/4 -  Piano Terra Esterno E
It is located outside the Hall and in the corner with a large entrance terrace for exclusive use. It offers a modern kitchen and living area with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In compliance with current legislation, this is one of the two apartments accessible to people with disabilities or to elderly people with mobility problems.

Small one-bedroom sleeps 2/3 - Piano Terra Esterno N 
It is located outside the Hall. It consists of a modern long kitchen, dining area and single sofa bed with TV as well as a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

THIRD FLOOR:

ATTICO DX 5/7 SEA VIEW WITH INCREDIBLE TERRACE
Internally composed of three bedrooms, two doubles (one with a view) and a single attic, large living area facing the sea with double sofa bed and modern kitchen. Single bathroom with shower cabin.

ATTICO SX 4/5 SEA VIEW WITH INCREDIBLE TERRACE 
Internally composed of two bedrooms, one double with internal bathroom, one double with sloping ceilings. Large living room with kitchen facing the sea and single sofa bed. Second bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- check-in at the property from 4.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am
- free luggage storage service upon arrival; in the same way you can enjoy a last moment at the seaside on the day of departure
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros.

Bed linen and towels

Linen is not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

• Single set: €20
• The set includes both sheets and towels.

Security deposit

The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, will be refunded at the time of departure if after 3:00 pm (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
