The beach, made up of white pebbles and located in a biologically protected area, is located a few steps from the villa, in a quiet area but conveniently close to the center of Portoferraio, the island's capital.

Welcoming villa on the first floor, entirely on one level. It consists of a bright living room with sofa bed and TV, separate and fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven and a large fridge with freezer.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both with a splendid view of the Gulf, and a single bedroom. There are two bathrooms, both with shower and bidet.

The property includes a balcony with frontal sea view and a large outdoor space on the side, shaded and equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros to be paid by credit card, in case the payment is made in cash, the refund of the deposit cannot be made before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm; for check-in after 8:30 pm a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- check-out: by 9:00 am
