Near the hamlet and the famous Procchio beach, we offer our customers two recently renovated apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, equipped with every comfort.
Colle and Bougainville are two apartments within a property designed with Charme.
You are close to the main artery leading to Marina di Campo, a center which in summer is particularly lively and full of cultural and musical events. Convenient location to reach both the golden sandy beaches of the Costa del Sole and the Versante di Procchio, Spartaia, Paolina and Biodola.
La Bougainville - 4 beds
Bright apartment on the ground floor with living room with double sofa bed and TV and separate kitchen. Two double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower inside the room. Second bathroom with shower. Outdoor area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Casa del Colle - 4 beds
Bright apartment on the first floor with living room with kitchenette. Two double bedrooms, one of which has an internal sitting area. Bathroom with shower box. Terrace and equipped outdoor area on the front of the house for outdoor lunches and dinners.

- from the sea: 1.5 km - from the center: 1.5 km from the center of procchio - from the Campo all'Aia beach: 1.8 km - from the Spartaia beach: 2 km - from the Paolina beach: 3.3 km
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- in the three-room apartment Bougainville possibility of a 5th bed with a supplement of € 15 per day
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

a nice stay
Renting the ground floor of a recently renovated house well located to travel around the island. The terrace with the unobstructed view is appreciable even if the noise of the road is present. The interior decoration is simple but pleasant. The bedding is new and comfortable, just like the bathrooms.
Enough to have a good stay.

Excellent location
Excellent location for visiting the island. All essential services within walking distance. Generous rooms with comfortable beds. Well done bathrooms and kitchen. Beautiful large living area and garden. The only drawback: from the garden you can hear the noise of the street in the distance (which on the other hand is not seen).
The rooms are quiet.
