Blessed with fresh- and saltwater swimming pools and with an ideal location close to the beach and just 4 kms away from Porto Azzurro.

We offer our guests two apartments within a property which can only be accessed by residents and guests, a stone's throw from the sea and from the seawater and freshwater swimming pools; within the area, a restaurant, pizzeria and snack bar, general store, tennis and beach volleyball court, WIFI connection areas, deck chair and umbrella hire.

The "Capo d'Arco" apartment sleeps 4/6 and has a spacious veranda equipped for spending most of your time outdoors; inside there are two bedrooms (1 double + 1 bedroom with single beds that cannot be joined), a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed for a total of 4 beds for adults plus 2 for children, a bathroom with shower. Maximum tranquility even in high season.

The "Casa Luisa" apartment sleeps 4 is located in the group of two-storey houses called "Il Pino", is on the first floor without a lift, consists of a large living area, sofa area, kitchenette well equipped with window; the living area has two French windows which respectively give access to a small square terrace where it is possible to dine and another balcony, both with full sea views; double bedroom and a bedroom with single bed and second pull-out bed; complete bathroom with window, plus small blind service bathroom with sink and toilet, closet with washing machine. Private parking space.

Important notes:
- The swimming pools and services (bar and minimarket) are open to the public from mid-May to mid-September, in other periods they are NOT accessible.
- Paid deck chairs and umbrellas within the area (it is not possible to use your own). The closest center to the area for shopping is Porto Azzurro, which is about 5 minutes away by car.
- a maximum of 4 people are allowed in the Casa Luisa apartment; in the Capo D'Arco apartment up to 6 people
- Renting to people with pets of any size is not permitted
- Deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- smoking is prohibited in all our facilities
- Groups of guys under 26 years of age are not admitted - families welcome
