In the heart of the Costa che Brilla, we offer our guests a comfortable two-room apartment in a slightly secluded position but only 150 meters on foot from the Cavo beach and from the beginning of its characteristic and picturesque promenade. We are at the entrance to the town, famous for the extraction of iron from the mines since the times of the ancient Etruscans, for this reason the stretch of coast that distinguishes it is nicknamed "Che Brilla", in honor of that almost dreamlike shimmer of the mining dust black present on some beaches and which distinguishes their appearance. Convenient location for taking the main road that connects the hamlet in the direction of Porto Azzurro (17 km) or Rio Marina (7 km).

Located on the ground floor of a private building. It is accessed by a common driveway, where from the private outdoor courtyard you can enter the corridor leading to the living area, consisting of a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The property includes an external area for exclusive use, equipped for eating and barbeque, completely fenced with private garden.

Important Notes:
- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.30; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- the rental to people with pets is not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
