The Dépendance "Le Terrazze" is a fully self-contained three-roomed flat of 90 sq. m., located on the ground floor of a villa with the very same name. The complex is set in one of the most exclusive resort on Elba, accessed by guests only. Here's everything you need: fresh- and saltwater swimming pools, a small store for everyday needs, snack bar and a restaurant. The beautiful beach Capo d'Arco is only steps away and the lively Porto Azzurro is at a 20 mins driving distance. The flat includes a living room with well fitted kitchenette and double sofa bed, a twin bedroom wtih French doors and a bathroom with shower. Contiguous to it is another double bedroom (can be accessed from the garden only) with an en suite bathroom. Outdoor space is equipped for dining and relaxing!

Pools are open from middle May to middle September, in other periods they are not accessible.

​Please be aware that beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by the beach rent at the pools (you can't bring your own).  The closest centre from the districtis the village of Porto Azzurro, which is at just 5 minutes by car.
