Perfect structure both for couples looking for relaxation, and for a family looking for services, as our studio apartment is located within a Resort surrounded by a well-kept garden, where you can breathe the smell of authentic nature inside a corner of the park, without renouncing the proximity of a comfortable beach, that of Ortano, a suggestive cove of sand mixed with pebbles. Area characterized by a seabed rich in minerals, clear and fresh water, which is never too crowded. You are about 4 km from the town of Rio Marina, a charming and intimate fishing village, one of the main tourist resorts on the island. Guests are guaranteed the use of some Resort services, including access to the swimming pool with hydromassage, with umbrella service and two deckchairs for free use, subject to availability of the same, a service also available for those who use the beach, upon indication of the department manager. It will be possible to access the shows in the theater (subject to availability), access the services (for a fee) of the Ristorante Pizzeria Mare (not in the hotel reserved for guest houses). Also among the paid services, the possibility of renting canoes and other sea equipment, use of the sports fields managed by the animation team (beach volleyball or beach tennis, padel, golf or archery), access to recreation and entertainment, including those of the Th Land and those dedicated to minors. There is also a mini-market with excellent Garfagnana products, a launderette, a small boutique with newspaper and tobacconist service and a diving centre.

We offer our guests a charming and accommodating 25 m2 studio flat with 2/4 beds (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 15 years of age) located on the mountain side which guarantees them a fresh position and located on the first floor, comprising entrance hall, open space with double sofa bed and bunk bed, equipped kitchenette and private bathroom. The studio is located 200 meters from the beach.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of teenagers)
- rental for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 15 years old
- the swimming pool is a seasonal service and will be guaranteed from about 27 May to 23 September, with a daily opening from 9.30 to 18.30
- for paid services regarding animation, it is necessary to obtain the Club Card (from 3 years of age)
Club Card: it also includes the right to use some services already included in the rental of the studio flat THEREFORE for guests of the owners it is mandatory only if you want to use the Resort services not included in the rental, such as entertainment services for adults and children (daytime entertainment and evening) and the use of sports fields and participation in group sports courses
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
