Lovely four-room apartment with a splendid sea view terrace, in a unique location within the Residence with use of swimming pools (fresh and salt water), tennis and volleyball courts and beach for the exclusive use of residents  

The property is located within the private residential complex called “Capo d’Arco”,  which spans over 100 hectares, nestled within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the Municipality of Rio on the Island of Elba. Access is exclusively reserved for members and their guests, and it is regulated by a private security service. The complex consists of about 200 housing units, including villas, terraced houses, and apartments. Seasonal services (from approximately the first week of June to mid-September) available to guests include beach equipment, saltwater and freshwater swimming pools, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, bars and restaurants, and a mini-market. There are also several nature trails both within the complex and in the surrounding areas, which can be explored on foot, by bike, or by motorcycle.

This 3-bedroom apartment, with 6 sleeping places, is located on the raised ground floor and covers an area of 83 sqm. It offers two outdoor spaces: a sea-view terrace equipped with a table, four chairs, and an umbrella, as well as a rear balcony. The interior includes a living room separate from the kitchen, a master bedroom, and a twin bedroom with a bunk bed, both overlooking the balcony. There is a double bedroom overlooking the terrace with a sea view. There are two bathrooms: one complete with a bathtub and shower, and a service bathroom. There is a cellar and a storage room. The parking area is just a short walk from the accommodation.

Important Notes:

- Groups of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A supplement of €50.00 is required for check-ins after 8:00 PM.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside all our properties.
- Security deposit (mandatory): € 150.00.

Bed linen and towel
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, which will be returned at the time of departure if departure is after 3:00 pm (to allow time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
