With the longest coastline on the island, Capoliveri is the perfect destination for those who want to enjoy the sea while experiencing the lively atmosphere of the town center, full of bars, restaurants, shops, and entertainment during the summer season. It is also a favorite destination for cycling enthusiasts, thanks to the many scenic routes and trails suitable for different levels.

The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment for 2 to 5 guests, located on the first floor and measuring approximately 65 square meters. Upon entering, you will find a bright living room furnished with a sofa bed, TV, armchair, and dining table, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

The kitchen is compact but well equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, oven, induction cooktop, and microwave, providing everything needed to prepare meals independently.

The main bathroom features a shower, toilet, towel warmer, and window. The spacious and comfortable double bedroom also includes an additional yellow sofa bed. From the bedroom, you can access the small alley behind the square, where a convenient keybox allows for self check-in. Under the stairs there is also a small storage area with a washing machine.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Capoliveri, within the pedestrian area.

• Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
• A security deposit of €150 is required and refunded at the end of the stay after inspection (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
• Bed and bath linen are available for €40 per double set (also for single use) and must be requested at the time of booking, as it cannot be arranged on site.
