Within a few minutes by car, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, such as Madonna delle Grazie at 3 km, Barabarca, Zuccale, and Morcone at about 4.5 km, Straccoligno at 5 km, and Lido di Capoliveri and Innamorata at approximately 5.5 km. The apartments, both on the ground floor, have a small step at the entrance; a wheelchair ramp is available on request, although the bathroom is not equipped for people with disabilities. Each apartment has a large private canopy of 6 x 12 meters with a gated terrace section, particularly suitable for guests traveling with pets.

The one-bedroom apartment, approximately 48 sqm, can accommodate 2 to 4 people and consists of a bedroom with two single beds joined together, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and microwave, and a bathroom with shower, bidet, and window – an ideal solution for couples or small families seeking comfort and private outdoor spaces.

The two-bedroom apartment, approximately 50 sqm, can accommodate 4 to 6 people and consists of two bedrooms, both with two single beds joined together, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and microwave, and a bathroom with shower, bidet, and window – perfect for families or groups seeking more space without sacrificing peace and the stunning sea view.

Important notes
– Minimum age 21: if you are a group of young people, the property accepts only guests aged 21 and over. Check-in at our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00, a supplement of € 50.00 applies. Pets of all sizes are allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30.00. Security deposit required: € 150.00.

Bed linen not included – can be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought by guests. Double set (also for single use) € 40, single set € 20; the set includes both sheets and towels.

Security deposit – will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay. Payment can be made in cash, refunded at check-out if departure is after 15:00 (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer. Credit card payment is also possible, but release times depend on the banking network procedures.
