We offer our guests two charming adjacent apartments, just a five-minute walk from the sea and the famous sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri. The ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, crystal-clear waters, and modern comforts.

Perfect for families, remote workers, and nature lovers, the apartments combine functional spaces with a strategic location, making it easy to reach some of the island’s most charming destinations, such as Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. Just a short walk away, the sandy coves of Felciaio and Calanchiole (400 m) offer peaceful spots for those in search of tranquility and natural beauty.

Our property also allows guests to experience the atmosphere of the picturesque village of Capoliveri, with its narrow streets, artisan shops, and traditional restaurants preserving the authenticity of the past.

Casa Manidu – Trilocale Oliva (5/7 beds)
Air-conditioned and designed for maximum comfort, it features two spacious bedrooms, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower and bidet, Smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning, and free satellite Wi-Fi, making it perfect for longer stays or remote work. Outside, a private patio with barbecue invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, while the garden and private parking complete the property.

Casa Manidu – Trilocale Lavanda (4/6 beds)
With two bedrooms (one double one matrimonial) and a bright living room with a sofa bed, it offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay: air conditioning, satellite Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and washing machine. The patio with barbecue allows guests to enjoy outdoor meals after a day spent by the sea and in nature.

Important Notes:
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Groups of Young People under 21 are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Deposit (mandatory): €200.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels are not included: they can be added for €40 for a double set (also for single use) and €20 for a single set.
- If you use the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we will have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit.
