Independent villa 4 beds 30 meters from the Pareti Beach with private parking space

A real jewel of nature, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub, on the southern side of Capoliveri between the beach of Morcone and that of Innamorata, characterized by a turquoise sea and a beach of 200 meters made up of golden sand mixed with fine gravel and a seabed which slopes gently inwards.

It is the ideal place for those looking for a crystalline sea and searching relax, it is very difficult to find parking in Pareti, unless you stay in a structure with a reserved parking space (on both sides there are two other wonderful coves accessible only by canoe or swimming).

The small villa consists of a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom, a second bedroom with a single bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment has been recently renovated, is completely independent, the large outdoor spaces allow you to eat outdoors under a pergola and to rest comfortably in the relaxation area in the courtyard. The entire villa develops on the ground floor.

- couples or group of Young people under 21 years old are not allowed
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- deposit (mandatory): 300,00 euros.
- pets allowed only small size on demand

Bed linen and towel
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, which will be returned at the time of departure if departure is after 3:00 pm (to allow time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, based on opening periods.
