This ground-roof house is located in a small residence near the sea, Mola Bay, 800 meters away. A very convenient area for touring various sides of the island, considering the equidistant position of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri. You will be immersed in uncontaminated nature, rich in spontaneous vegetation of this stretch of coast.

Well furnished, it is completely independent and fenced, internally it offers 26 square meters in total and has a living room with kitchenette and sofa. Bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms both in the mezzanine which can be reached via a staircase with alternating feet, one double and one twin (with suspended bed). Outside, exclusive space for outdoor dining with a table for two people. Green and silent area, perfect for relaxing body and soul.

Important information:
- groups of Young People under the age of 21 are not permitted
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros.
- check-in: from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm; for check-in after 8.30 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- check-out: by 9.00 am

Linen is not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought by the guest.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and refunded at check-out if after 15:00 (cleaning time required), or via bank transfer. Credit cards are also accepted, but release times depend on the banking circuit.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, based on opening periods.
