Independent villa in Gli Stecchi, on two floors, consisting of two apartments, surrounded by a small garden for common use, a couple of minutes from the pretty center of Capoliveri. Small town much sought after in the summer, very characteristic for its colors and its "alleys" that cross it.
Three-room apartment located on the ground floor, composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom with sofa bed for one person, bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. An additional bed can be added in any room. Outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining.

- From caletta degli Stecchi: 500 meters - From Lido di Capoliveri beach: 3 km - From Innamorata beach: 6 km

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros.

Bed linen and towels
Is not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and will be refunded at departure if after 3:00 p.m. (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
