The area is extremely peaceful, surrounded by lush Mediterranean nature, with both sunny areas and pleasant shade – ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Family-run establishment since 1974. The villa has been recently renovated and newly furnished. The spacious one-bedroom apartments are designed to offer comfort and functionality and are equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue area, outdoor shower and a small MTB workshop, perfect for those who love exploring the island by bike.

Important Notes:

- If the BBQ is used, it must be left clean by the guests after each use (including the charcoal). Please also make sure it is completely extinguished.
- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM. For check-in after 7:30 PM, a €50.00 surcharge will be applied.
- Pets of any size are allowed with a €30 surcharge.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00
- Bed linen and towels are not included in the stay and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival, or guests may bring their own.

The set includes both bed sheets and towels.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be returned within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, which will be returned at departure if it takes place after 3:00 PM (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
A credit card can also be used; however, the release time depends on the procedures of the banking circuit used.
