This bright one-bedroom apartment features a double bedroom with a large window letting in sunlight and offering views of the garden. The cozy living area includes a kitchenette with induction hob and a single sofa bed, perfect for a child under 10.

Outside, a private courtyard enclosed by hedges and a wooden gate creates a shaded retreat, ideal for reading, enjoying a morning coffee, or simply relaxing in the tranquility of nature.

Groups or young couples? We love you… but only 21 years and older!

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM to allow us to prepare everything perfectly.

Arriving after 8:00 PM? Don’t worry: we will welcome you anyway, with a small extra fee of €50.

Four-legged friends are welcome! Only a €30 contribution is required for extra cleaning.

Security deposit: €150 (we promise to return it after checking the accommodation).
Cash deposits will be refunded from 3:00 PM on the day of departure or via bank transfer in the following days (we recommend this as the best method).

Linen: sheets and towels are not included but can be added for €40 per double set (also for single use) up to 7 days before arrival. €20 for a single set. Alternatively, bring your own! (Unfortunately, they cannot be requested upon arrival).
