A cozy 35 sqm studio apartment, located on the second floor of a quiet condominium without an elevator in Marina di Campo. Just 100 meters from the sea, it allows you to reach the beach with a short walk while already enjoying the relaxed and sunny atmosphere of this charming seaside village. 

Our studio apartment enjoys an especially convenient location, just a few steps from the seafront, the historic center, and the Tourist Marina of Marina di Campo. This well-known destination on the island is loved for its combination of crystal-clear sea, services, shops, and entertainment opportunities.

The beach of Marina di Campo, over a kilometer long, features golden sand gently sloping into the sea, making it ideal for families with children. Along the coastline, free beach areas alternate with equipped sections. Towards the eastern side, there is a more natural area with children’s playgrounds and a pine grove that provides shade during the hottest hours. The location also allows easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sole, such as Cavoli Beach, Fetovaia Beach, and Seccheto Beach.

The studio can accommodate 2 adults plus a child under 3 years old and has a total of 2 sleeping places. Inside, you will find a functional and comfortable space with a bathroom featuring a large bathtub, a small walk-in closet, and access to a shared terrace for drying laundry. A camping cot for children is also available.

The apartment is located near the Tourist Marina, in a cooler and quieter area compared to the main square, on the second floor of a condominium without an elevator.

Important information:

• groups of guests under 21 years old are not allowed.
• Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; arrivals after 20:00 require a supplement of €50.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A mandatory security deposit of €150 is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay after checking the apartment; if paid in cash, it cannot be returned before 15:00. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for €40 per double set (also for single use).
