Casa Melete is the perfect place to rest your body and mind (the name comes from the Greek Muse of thought and meditation), being a charming property furnished with taste and attention to detail, in one of the most beautiful and intimate golden sandy bays of the Costa del Sole, in the Campo nell'Elba area. It is only 270 meters from the beach, and is naturally inserted in the hamlet of Seccheto. Its style incorporates intense colors that recall the surrounding marine environment, in an elegant and welcoming space of high quality. The Costa del Sole is particularly famous for its sun-kissed coastline, suggestive views and tranquil atmosphere. Here you will find both golden sandy beaches such as Fetovaia (3 km) and Cavoli (1 km), and smooth cliffs that slide into the sea such as Pomonte and Chiessi.

The property is free on two sides and offers 6 beds, surrounded by an incredible view of the Gulf that opens up to the horizon. You will smell the scents of the Mediterranean scrub and the orange and mandarin blossoms that adorn the terraced garden.
it is accessed from this large terrace overlooking the sea, with a porch for outdoor dining, relaxing sofas, BBQ with outdoor sink and outdoor shower. Internally you access the living area consisting of the living room and its large well-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, both double, in one of the two there is a mezzanine with two single beds. The modern bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, shower and bidet.

Important Notes:

- groups of Guys under 25 years of age are not allowed
- the stone BBQ cannot be used*
- the rental must be for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children
- we remind customers that only regularly registered people can stay in the house
- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros.
- we ask guests in case of bad weather to remove the cushions from the outdoor garden furniture (otherwise they get ruined)

Linen is not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit

The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and will be refunded at departure if after 3:00 p.m. (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer..
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.
