Located just 250 meters from the magnificent golden sandy beach of Fetovaia and its crystal-clear waters, this top-floor home (first and upper floor with independent entrance) is far more than a simple summer apartment.

A bright, cozy two-room apartment for 2 to 4 guests (ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults accompanied by children), thoughtfully designed to offer visual and mental peace. It consists of:

a comfortable living area with an equipped open kitchen, dining table, and a relaxation corner featuring a single sofa bed + pull-out single bed;

a spacious master bedroom opening onto a delightful private balcony framed by greenery and furnished with a table, chairs, and umbrella—perfect for breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset;

a bathroom with shower.

To allow you to truly regenerate, we made a radical choice: in this home, you will find neither TV nor Wi-Fi. We want to offer you the luxury of turning off screens to awaken your senses, letting the sound of the sea and the scents of the Mediterranean maquis keep you company. In place of a television, you will find our "Angolo ReBorn": a space dedicated to relaxation with books and the "Will.ReBorn Model" game (which gave this home its name and soul), a Bluetooth speaker to listen to your favorite music, and our special "Silence Kit" (with earplugs and sleep mask) to guarantee absolute rest. It features a Pet Friendly outdoor space, because we know how important it is to travel with your four-legged friends. On the ground floor, the house boasts a fully fenced outdoor courtyard shaded by a beautiful oleander tree.

Important Notes:

• Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed.
• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; for check-ins after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of €50.00 applies.
• Pets of all sizes are welcome, with a cleaning fee supplement of €30.00.
• Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
• Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.
