On the first floor, the Padronale Apartment welcomes 6 guests + child with spacious, refined interiors and natural light flowing through every room. The entrance opens onto a balcony overlooking the charming pedestrian street, capturing the energy of the historic center. A long corridor leads to the sleeping area, composed of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with a pull-out bed, ideal spaces for rest and tranquility. The living area stands out for elegance and functionality: a bright dining room, a fully equipped large kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine. At the end of the corridor, a refined sea-view lounge with large windows and natural light offers a perfect space to read, relax, or simply enjoy the elegant atmosphere of the apartment.

On the second floor, the Bilocale Torretta – 2/4 guests offers an intimate and cozy corner of light, ideal for up to four people. The double bedroom invites rest, while the living room transforms into a nest thanks to the sofa bed. A discreet kitchenette with a washing machine hidden in the attic accompanies daily life. The true enchantment is revealed on the furnished terrace, from which guests enjoy an endless sea view where sun and wind dance together.

In the center of Marina di Campo, on one of its main streets, just 100 meters from the beach. The building is located in a traffic-restricted area, ensuring peace and safety, ideal for strolling through the pedestrian streets of the historic center.
Shops, restaurants, and the bus stop are easily reachable.

• Groups under 21 years of age are not allowed in the Bilocale and under 25 in the Master Apartment.
• Pets are allowed only in the Bilocale with a €30 cleaning fee; not allowed in the Master Apartment.
• Check-in: 16:00–19:30; check-out by 09:00; check-in after 20:00 with €30 surcharge.
• Security deposit: Bilocale €200 / Master Apartment €250, refunded at the end of the stay after property inspection.
• Bed and bath linen: €20 per person, must be requested at the time of booking.
