Discover our charming one-bedroom apartment, perfectly located just steps from the Seafront, the historic center, and Marina di Campo’s Tourist Harbor. This renowned destination is all about sun, sea, services, and fun, featuring a beach over a kilometer long with golden sand gently sloping into the sea – ideal for families with children. You’ll find both free and equipped beach areas, while to the east there are more natural zones with playgrounds and shaded pine groves. Nearby, the white sandy beaches of Costa del Sole, including Cavoli, Fetovaia, and Seccheto, offer breathtaking scenery.

This cozy, elevated ground-floor apartment is bright and airy, with exposed beams creating a warm, authentic atmosphere. Enjoy the small terrace, perfect for a morning coffee or evening aperitif.

The living area is practical and comfortable, featuring a gas stove (oven not available), dining table, TV, and a single sofa bed, ideal for an extra guest. The double bedroom is filled with natural light thanks to its two windows. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and washing machine, making it suitable even for longer stays.

Ideal for couples or small families seeking a peaceful, authentic stay close to local amenities.

Location information:

• Just steps from the Tourist Harbor, in a quiet and fresh area away from the main square
• Ground-floor apartment with a small staircase in the alley: not suitable for guests with mobility issues

Important Notes:

• Minimum age: We love young groups and couples… but only 21 and over!
• Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:30, giving us enough time to prepare everything perfectly. Arriving after 20:00? No worries – we can still welcome you for a small extra fee of €50.
• Pets: Small four-legged friends are welcome! A €30 contribution is required for extra cleaning.
• Security deposit: €200, refunded after the apartment check. Cash refunds are available from 15:00 on departure day, or by bank transfer in the following days (recommended).
• Linens: Sheets and towels are not included. You can add them for €40 per double set (also for single use), up to 7 days before arrival. Or bring your own! (Not available for request upon arrival.)
