Check-in takes place from 3:00 P.M and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A security deposit of € 150,00 is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM). Bed linen and towels are not included: €40.00 for a double set (even for single use) and €20.00 for a single set; they must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added on-site.
