The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building and consists of a large room with 2 single sofas and a double sofa bed; kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer, induction burners, electric oven and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, bathroom with shower and sink; bathroom with toilet, bidet and washing machine; to top it all off a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea.

La Biodola does not need large advertisements, perfect for those who love nature, in fact, several paths start off the apartments ideal for a nice walk both on foot and by bike and the crystalline sea, with its long beach of golden sand offers all the comforts.

Important Notes:
- the guaranteed parking space of the property is only one, therefore customers traveling with 2 cars will have to independently search for the second parking space nearby
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed on request, with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
