It’s entirely on the ground floor, overlooking a gravel-covered outdoor space. The apartment is situated on the corner of the house, and the entrance is shared with the first unit.

Its location is truly strategic — along the main road connecting the port town of Portoferraio (with its stunning coves of the White and Green Coast, all within 5 km) to the nearby southern resorts such as Lacona, Norsi, and Lido di Capoliveri, all reachable within 7 km.
It’s also ideally placed for visiting Bagnaia, where you can enjoy some of the island’s most beautiful sunsets and peaceful, secluded beaches that also host sailing courses.

The apartment accommodates 2 to 4 guests and opens directly into a bright living area with a kitchen, a French bed, a sofa, and a wall-mounted TV.
From the living area, you access the double bedroom (also with a wall-mounted TV and single armchair bed) and the bathroom with a spacious shower cabin and bidet. Both rooms are air-conditioned.

Outside, you’ll find a furnished outdoor area with an umbrella and barbecue, ideal for dining al fresco.
Private parking is available 20 m from the property.

Please note: as the property is divided into several units, pets cannot be left alone in the outdoor spaces.
