Located in a peaceful residential area near the historic Arch of San Michele, this charming apartment is immersed in Mediterranean greenery, among quiet villas and fragrant trees like eucalyptus and strawberry trees. It's the perfect spot for those seeking relaxation and a central base to explore the island.

Ideal for 2 to 4 guests (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children), the apartment is a small house in traditional Tuscan style, set within a private, gated property. It includes a living room with a French sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and window, a laundry/storage room with washing machine, iron and board. Outside, enjoy a private space with table, chairs, sunshade, two deck chairs, barbecue area with sink, and a shaded parking spot.

In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the white beaches of Portoferraio—Le Ghiaie, Capobianco, and Padulella (5 km)—as well as the sandy bay of Lacona (6 km), or the stunning beaches of Sansone and Biodola (7 km), and Norsi and Lido di Capoliveri (8 km).

The main road that connects Portoferraio to Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo, and Marciana Marina is only 2 km away. For a relaxing walk, head to the San Giovanni seafront, with views of the historic Medici dock and access to Elba’s only thermal spa. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pools at the nearby Hotel Airone, open to the public.

• Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed.
• If the outdoor BBQ is used, it must be left clean after each use. Otherwise, we will deduct €50 from the security deposit.
• Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. For check-in after 8:00 PM, a €50 late check-in fee applies.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Security deposit (mandatory): €150, refundable at the end of the stay after property inspection. If paid in cash, the refund will not be made before 3:00 PM.
• Bed linen and towels: €20 per person, to be requested at the time of booking. Not available for booking on site.
