For those wishing to spend their holidays in Portoferraio, the capital of Elba Island, while easily exploring the rest of the island, this three-room apartment is ideal. Just a few minutes from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, such as the “white beaches,” Viticcio and L’Enfola, the property is located in a quiet area close to several supermarkets and shops.
It’s a purely residential area, situated along the main road towards Campo nell’Elba — a very convenient spot to reach Napoleon’s Residence in San Martino or the stunning golden-sand beaches of the Gulf of Biodola, only 5 km away. In the opposite direction, the main provincial road connects you to the eastern coast, from Rio Marina to Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.

The apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child, and is located on the ground floor of a country house. It features an entrance with a sofa bed and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a shower (without a box).
A real highlight of the apartment is the large private garden, perfect for relaxing or playing safely, with a pleasant terraced area.
